I'll be having a physical therapy session on Monday with gentleman who we've been told is a foot specialist. I hope to have a better idea of when I might be able to hike again after seeing him.
So far, the rehab has been up and down. Discouraging...

@sharon -- had a good couple of sessions with the physical therapist.
ReplyDeleteI'm much more hopeful now that we can resume our walk. But I don't think it will be until sometime in June.

Rick and Jenny - I hope Rick's PT appointment went well. Are you guys planning to stay put and recoup on the trail? What's the PT regimen? How are you spending your days?
ReplyDeleteSpring is in full swing here. Long, long days with light beginning at 5am and sticking around until 9:30pm. My favorite time of year.

It's June. Any plans to resume yet? We've made it from Ohio border to Grafton, WV at this point. Hay season has started so finding a day to hike will be harder.
